A desktop app that parses table-heavy digital PDFs into editable Excel and Word. It's built for the people who do this every day — accountants, finance specialists, lawyers, and analysts — and it handles the hard cases other converters break on: large, multi-page, complex tables. Because everything runs locally on your machine, conversion is fast, fully private, and works with no internet connection. The PDF parser is the first module in a wider toolkit at filetools.app.

About

Kador is the brand under which I now build independent software products for the global market. It carries the engineering approach I refined over 15+ years of shipping software — focused tools that each solve one problem well.

I founded my software company in 2015 and ran it for over a decade, building monitoring systems and EdTech platforms on PHP/Yii2 and MySQL. One of them won a national industry award.

I also wrote and published a book on digital transformation in education, and took part in international EdTech pilots in Austria and Finland.

Between 2023 and 2025 I sold the company's products to strategic partners and wound it down as I moved to building for an international audience.

Kador is the next phase — focused products for a global audience. The first step is taken; more will follow.
